Every year, European manufacturers scrap thousands of tonnes of perfectly recoverable plastic components — gears, bushings, housings, guide rails, conveyor cleats — the moment a single wear surface goes out of tolerance. Not because the part is dead, but because "refurbished plastic" has spent two decades meaning cheap, warped, and back on your desk in six weeks. We started RePolymer to end that reputation. We take worn and end-of-line polymer parts — POM, PA6/66, PEEK, UHMW-PE, PET — and bring them back to OEM specification through a controlled process, not a cosmetic one. Incoming parts are material-verified by FTIR so we know exactly what we're working with.
