Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law pursuant to Section 7(1) DDG. However, pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.
Listings, company profiles, images, documents and other user content published on the Platform constitute third-party information within the meaning of Sections 7 et seq. DDG and Art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. LT GmbH does not adopt such content as its own.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which a specific infringement becomes known. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content concerned immediately.
